Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Education Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1994.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Education Act 1994.

The Education Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1994
Section 2
(1) All the provisions of the Act, except for those mentioned in paragraph (2) below, shall come into force on 21st September 1994.
(2) Subsections (3), (4) and (5) of section 22 of the Act shall come into force on 1st April 1995.
