Section 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Brancaster Staithe Fishery (Variation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th September 1994.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Brancaster Staithe Fishery Order 1979.

Section 2 Variation of the principal Order

The principal Order shall be varied in accordance with article 3 of this Order.

Section 3 Variation of the principal Order

In article 4 of the principal Order for the words “for 15 years from the date of its coming into operation” there shall be substituted the words “for 30 years from the date of its coming into operation”.
