Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 26th September 1994.

Section 2
The sports ground at Kirklees Stadium, Stadium Way, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD1 6PX (being a sports ground which in the opinion of the Secretary of State has accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators) is hereby designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
Section 3
In the Schedule to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 1983 , the entry in respect of Leeds Road, Huddersfield shall be omitted.
Section 4
In Schedule 1 to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 1986 , the entry in respect of Borough Park, Princess Street, Blackpool shall be omitted.
