Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-maintained Special Schools) (No. 2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 21st September 1994.

Section 2Application of section 12 of the Education Act 1994
Section 12 of the Education Act 1994 shall have effect in relation to the governing bodies of grant-maintained special schools as it has effect in relation to the governing bodies of grant-maintained schools.
