Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Western Regional Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property); Order 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd March 1994.

(2) In this Order “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Plymouth and Torbay Health Authority and the South Western Regional Health Authority on 20th October 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both those Authorities.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 3rd March 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Plymouth and Torbay Health Authority to the South Western Regional Health Authority.
