Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A550 Trunk road (Improvement between Deeside Park and Ledsham) (Detrunking) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 30th September 1994.

Section 2
In this Order:
(a) “the new trunk roads” means the new trunk roads within the meaning of the A550 and A5117 Trunk Roads (Improvement between Deeside Park and Ledsham) and Connecting Roads Order 1994; and
(b) “the trunk road” means the A550 Trunk Road.
Section 3
The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Cheshire County Council that the new trunk roads are open to traffic.
