The Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) (Amendment) Order 1994

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 10th October 1994.

Section 2

The Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 1989 is hereby amended in Schedule 1—
(a) In Part I, under the heading “INSURANCE COMPANIES”, by omitting “Citibank Assurance Company Limited”; and
(b) by substituting for Part III the following Part—
BODIES CORPORATE NAMED OR SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN AN ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 156(4), 444(1) OR 447(2)(a) OF THE HOUSING ACT 1985
