Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Rivers Authority (Severn-Trent and Anglian Regional Flood Defence Committees Areas) (Boundaries) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “the map” means the map marked “map referred to in the National Rivers Authority (Severn-Trent and Anglian Regional Flood Defence Committees Areas) (Boundaries) Order 1994”.

Section 3 Alteration of boundaries

(1) The boundaries of the area of the Severn-Trent Regional Flood Defence Committee shall be altered so as to exclude from that area all those lands within the Parishes of Hardwick, Thorney and Wigsley which are shown coloured red on map.

(2) The boundaries of the area of the Anglian Regional Flood Defence Committee shall be altered so as to add to that area all those lands within the Parishes of Hardwick, Thorney and Wigsley which are shown coloured red on the map.
