Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Teaching as a Career Unit (Transfer of Property, Rights and Liabilities) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 13th October 1994.

Section 2Transfer of property etc. to the Teacher Training Agency
(1) All property, rights and liabilities (including rights and liabilities arising under contracts of employment) of the Teaching as a Career Unit (“ TASC ”) shall on 13th October 1994 be transferred to and vest in the Teacher Training Agency.
(2) Any contract of employment between TASC and an employee shall have effect as from that date as if originally made between him and the Teacher Training Agency.
