Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Registration Appeal Court

(1) The Court of three judges for hearing registration appeals under section of 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 shall be the Honourable Lord Morison, the Right Honourable the Lord Morton of Shuna and the Honourable Lord Sutherland.

(2) The Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1990 is revoked.
