Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 15) (Amendment) Order 1994.

Section 2Amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 15) Order 1994

In each of sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of article 3(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 15) Order 1994 , for the words “1st October 1994” there shall be substituted the words “1st January 1995”.
