Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Free Zone (Birmingham Airport) (Substitution of Responsible Authority) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th September 1994.

Section 2
The responsible authority for the area designated a free zone by article 2(1) of the Free Zone (Birmingham Airport) Designation Order 1991 shall, in substitution for The Prudential Assurance Company Limited who were appointed by article 3 of that Order, be Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited whose Registered Office is at 142 Holborn Bars, London EC1N 2NH.
