Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 (Amendment No. 2) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th September 1994.

Section 2
The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 shall be further amended as follows:—
in entries 9A990 and 9E990 in Group 3 of Part III of Schedule 1, for “Libya, Iran, Iraq or Syria.” there shall be substituted “Libya, Iran or Iraq.”.
