Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 7th October 1994.

(2) In this Order “ The Order ” means the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 .

Section 2 Amendment of the Order

At the end of article 3(2) of the Order there shall be inserted the words “and associated properties”.
