Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1994 and shall come into force on 28th October 1994.

The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1994
Section 2
The Schedule to the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) Rules 1986 shall be amended—
(a) in the List of Forms shown thereunder, by deleting the entry “TM10A Completion of registration of a trade mark.”; and
(b) by omitting Form TM10A.
