Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry (Restructuring Date) Order 1994.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Section 2Appointment of restructuring date

The date appointed for the purposes of section 7 of the Act shall be 31st October 1994.
