Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) Order 1993 (Partial Revocation No. 3) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.

Section 2 Partial revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) Order 1993 is hereby revoked except insofar as it applies in relation to mussels (Mytilis edulis) , scallops (Pecten maximus) , queen scallops (Chlamys opercularis) and Norway lobsters (Nephrops norvegicus) .
