Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Period of Certificate) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.

Section 2

Section 26(3) of the Firearms Act 1968 (period for which a firearm or shot gun certificate is to continue in force) shall have effect as if the references to three years were references to five years.
