Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dumfries and Galloway College of Technology (Change of Name) (Scotland) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 7th November 1994.

Section 2Change of name of Dumfries and Galloway College of Technology

The name of Dumfries and Galloway College of Technology is changed to Dumfries and Galloway College, and a corresponding change is made to the name of the board of management of that college.
