The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 3) Order 1994

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 3) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 2nd November 1994.

Section 2

In this Order, “the 1983 Order ” means the Civil Courts Order 1983 , and a reference to a Schedule by number means the Schedule so numbered in that Order.

Section 3

The 1983 Order shall be amended as follows—

(a) in Schedule 1 the entry relating to Stockton on Tees shall be deleted; and

(b) in Schedule 3—

(i) the entry relating to Stockton-on-Tees shall be deleted ;

(ii) in the third column of the entry relating to Bishop Auckland, for “Stockton-on-Tees” there shall be substituted “Middlesborough”;

(iii) in the third column of the entry relating to Darlington, for “Stockton-on-Tees” there shall be substituted “Middlesborough”; and

(iv) in the fourth column of the entry relating to Hartlepool, for “Stockton-on-Tees” there shall be substituted “Middlesborough”.
