Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 11th March 1994.

Section 2Addition to Part I of the First Schedule to the Trustee Investments Act 1961

The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961 shall be extended by adding National Savings Pensioners Guaranteed Income Bonds to paragraph 1 of Part I of the First Schedule thereto .
