Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 16th November 1994.

Section 2 Amendment and Revocation

For section 30(2)(i) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Governors' annual report to parents) there shall be substituted—

(i) to give such information about public examinations and other assessments of pupils' achievements, pupils' absences from the school, the continuing education of pupils leaving the school and the employment or training taken up by such pupils as is required to be published by virtue of section 8(5) of the 1980 Act;

Section 3 Amendment and Revocation

Article 3 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) Order 1994 is revoked.
