Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Isles of Scilly (National Health Service) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 8th November 1994.

Section 2Application of Part I of the 1990 Act to the Isles of Scilly

Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 shall apply to the Isles of Scilly.
