This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas)(London Borough of Wandsworth) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th November 1994.

The Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Borough of Wandsworth) (Amendment) Order 1994
In this Order “the principal order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (The London Borough of Wandsworth) Order 1993 .
(1) The principal order shall be amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 the definitions of “centre line” and “carriageway” shall be omitted.
(3) Article 2 as so amended shall become paragraph (1) of article 2 and, after that paragraph, there shall be inserted the following paragraphs:
(2) Where a road referred to in the Schedule to this Order (“the main road”) is joined by another road (“the side road”), whether or not that other road is referred to in the Schedule, and the footway to the main road runs on either side of the mouth of the side road, the junction between the two roads shall be taken to be an imaginary line drawn across the mouth of the side road between the respective ends of the back line of the footway to the main road on each side.
(3) A reference in the Schedule to this Order to a number followed by the letter “m” is a reference to that number of metres.
(4) Article 3 shall be omitted.
(5) For article 4 there shall be substituted:

(1) The Secretary of State hereby designates the London borough of Wandsworth except—
(a) the roads named or described in the Schedule to this Order; and
(b) that part of Richmond Park which lies within the London borough of Wandsworth,
as a special parking area.
(2) A reference in the following provisions of this Order to the special parking area is a reference to the area designated by this article.
(6) For the words “an area” in article 5(1)(b), there shall be substituted “the area”.
(7) For the words “a special parking area” in article 5(2) and article 6(1), article 6(2) (in the first place where those words occur) and article 6(4) and (5) there shall in each case be substituted “the special parking area”.
(8) For Schedules 1, 2 and 3, there shall be substituted the Schedule contained in the Schedule to this Order.

(a) (north side) between its junction with Northcote Road and a point 18m west of the western kerbline of Northcote Road;
(b) (south side) between its junction with Northcote Road and a point 7m west of the western kerbline of Northcote Road.
Acris Street—
(a) (north east side) between its junction with Huguenot Place (A3) and a point 13m north west of the south eastern flank wall of 4 Huguenot Place;
(b) (south west side) between its junction with Huguenot Place (A3) and a point 4m north west of the north western flank wall of 2 Acris Street.
Alfriston Road between its junction with Clapham Common West Side (A3) and a point 14m north west of the north western boundary wall of 1 Alfriston Road.
All Saints Passage between its junction with Wandsworth High Street (A3) and a point 4m north of the northern kerbline of Wandsworth High Street.
Alma Road between its junction with East Hill (A3) and a point 20m north west of the north western kerbline of East Hill.

(b) (south arm) between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and a point 57m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Battersea Rise.
Boutflower Road between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and an imaginary straight line drawn between a point on the north side at the front boundary of 2 and 3 Boutflower Road and a point opposite.
Bowood Road between its junction with Clapham Common West Side (A3) and a point 8m north of the northern boundary wall of 2 Bowood Road.
Broomhill Road between its junction with West Hill (A3) and a point 41.5m south east of the south eastern kerbline of West Hill.
Buckhold Road—
(a) (south east side) between its junction with Wandsworth High Street (A3) and a point 63m south west of the south western kerbline of Wandsworth High Street;
(b) (north west side) between its junction with Wandsworth High Street (A3) and the north western kerbline of Hardwick’s Way.
Buckmaster Road between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and a point 2.5m north west of the north western boundary wall of 1 Buckmaster Road.
Canford Road between its junction with Clapham Common West Side (A3) and a point 10m north west of the north western boundary wall of 1 Canford Road.

Geraldine Road between its junction with East Hill (A3) and a point 11m north west of the north western boundary wall of 2 Geraldine Road.
Grandison Road between its junction with Clapham Common West Side (A3) and a point 5.5m north east of the common boundary of 3 and 5 Grandison Road.
