Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (Isle of Man) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 6th December 1994.

The Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (Isle of Man) Order 1994
Section 2
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985.
Section 3
The Act shall have effect in the United Kingdom as if any reference in the Act to any order which may be made, or any proceedings which may be brought or any other thing which may be done in, or in any part of, the United Kingdom, included a reference to any corresponding order which may be made, or as the case may be, proceedings which may be brought or other thing which may be done in the Isle of Man.
