Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th November 1994.

Section 2

Paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1985 is hereby revoked.
