Section 1 Title, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Milk Marketing Scheme (Substitution of Date of Revocation) Order 1994, shall apply in England and Wales and shall come into force on 9th February 1994.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “the Act” means the Agriculture Act 1993.

Section 3 Postponement of revocation date

Section 1(2)(b) of the Act (date of revocation of the Milk Marketing Scheme 1933 ) shall have effect with the substitution for 1st October 1994 of 1st January 1995.
