Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Shetland Islands Council Harbour Revision Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st December 1994.

Section 2Repeal

Section 68 of the Zetland County Council Act 1974 (Harbour Advisory Committee) is hereby repealed.
