Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Special Schools Conducted by Education Associations) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st December 1994.

Section 2

The Education (Special Schools Conducted by Education Associations) Regulations 1994 are amended by the omission in the third column of Schedule 2 to those Regulations, opposite the entry in the first column of that Schedule relating to the Education Act 1993, of the words “For the reference in section 130(2) to section 68(7)(b) of the Act there is substituted a reference to paragraph 1(3)(b) of Schedule 12 to the Act;”.
