Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order 1994.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st January 1995.

Section 2The revaluation percentage of each revaluation period

For the purposes of paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993, the revalution percentage for each revaluation period specified in column 1 below is the appropriate percentage specified in column 2.
