Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.

The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 1994
Section 2
Regulation 3 of the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1993 is hereby revoked.
Section 3
The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.
Section 4
In regulation 3(1) for “£140,000”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£150,000”.
