Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 8th December 1994.

Section 2 Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994

The Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3 Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994

In regulation 13 (transfer of quota without transfer of land), in paragraph (2)(c)(i), after the words “the provisions of this regulation” there shall be inserted the words “(other than by a transfer in respect of which, pursuant to paragraph (7), he has been released from the undertaking referred to in subparagraph (d)(i))”.

Section 4 Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994

In regulation 15 (temporary transfer of quota)—

(a) at the beginning of paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the words “Subject to paragraph 3A,”; and

(b) after paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph: “(3A) In the quota year commencing on 1st April 1994, the notice described in paragraph (3) shall be submitted to the Intervention Board no later than 31st December 1994.”.
