Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th December 1994.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1989 .

Section 2Citation and commencement

The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations.

Section 3Citation and commencement

Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations may be used.
