Section 1Citation, commencement and revocation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th December 1994.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1986 .
(3) The Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1988 are hereby revoked.

Section 2Citation, commencement and revocation

The forms set out in the Schedules to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in the corresponding Schedules to the principal Regulations.

Section 3Citation, commencement and revocation

Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in Schedules 1 to 4 to these Regulations may be used.
