Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 31st December 1994.

Section 2

Roy Lewis James, Esquire, is hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales for a period of two years and two months from the date of the coming into force of this Order.

Section 3

The Education (Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
