Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Margaret Danyers College (Incorporation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995 (“the Commencement Date”).

Section 2

On the Commencement Date there shall be established a body corporate called “Margaret Danyers College” for the purpose of conducting from the operative date the existing educational institution of that name.

Section 3

The “operative date” in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 1st August 1995, and the corporation shall conduct Margaret Danyers College from that date.
