The Charities Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994
Section 2
Part II of the Charities Act 1992 (control of fund-raising for charitable institutions) shall come into force on 1st March 1995, except that for the purposes of exercising the power to make regulations under section 59 or 64 thereof it shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
