Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Special Constables) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Police (Special Constables) (Scotland) Regulations 1966 .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

The principal Regulations are amended as follows:—
(a) in regulation 4, paragraph (c) is omitted; and
(b) in regulation 13, paragraph (1) is omitted.
