Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1994.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 24th December 1994
Part III of Schedule 11 to the Act shall, so far as it relates to the repeals set out in the Schedule to this Order, come into force on 24th December 1994.
