Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.

Section 2
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules 1994 made on 29th November 1994 by the Insurance Brokers Registration Council in exercise of their powers under section 8(2) of the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977 are hereby approved.
Section 3
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
