The District Probate Registries (Amendment No. 2) Order 1994

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the District Probate Registries (Amendment No. 2) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 16th January 1995.

Section 2

The District Probate Registries Order 1982 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order and in this Order an article referred to by number means the article so numbered in that Order and “the Schedule” means the Schedule to that Order.

Section 3

Article 2 shall stand as paragraph (1) of that article and, after it, there shall be inserted the following—

(2) The name of every place so specified shall be the name of the district probate registry at that place except that the name of the district probate registry at Cardiff shall be the Probate Registry of Wales.

Section 4

The Schedule shall be amended as follows—

(a) after the entry relating to the Bristol District Probate Registry there shall be inserted the following—

(b) the entry relating to the Llandaff District Probate Registry and the sub-registries attached to it shall be omitted.
