Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Veterinary Drugs) (Pharmacy and Merchants' List) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd January 1995.

Section 2 Amendment

The Medicines (Veterinary Drugs) (Pharmacy and Merchants' List) Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following articles.

Section 3 Amendment

In article 16 (Fees) after the words “the fee specified in” there shall be inserted the words “the third column of ”.

Section 4 Amendment

For Schedules 1 to 5 there shall be substituted the Schedules numbered 1 to 5 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
