Section 1
This Order may be cited as the European Convention on Extradition (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on a date to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

Section 2
The European Convention on Extradition Order 1990 shall be amended by the deletion in Schedule 4 to that Order of the second reservation to Article 12 of the Convention.
