Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Designs (Convention Countries) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 13th January 1995.

The Designs (Convention Countries) Order 1994
Section 2
The countries specified in Schedule 1 to this Order are convention countries for the purposes of all the provisions of the Registered Designs Act 1949.
Section 3
Insofar as they have effect in relation to designs the Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.
