Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Regulation Conditions) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st February 1995.

Section 2

The following regulation shall be substituted for regulation 3 of the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Regulation Conditions) Regulations 1986 —

(3) In addition to the purposes set out in section 7(6)(a), (b) and (c), traffic regulation conditions may be determined for the purposes of—

(a) regulating the roads to be used and the manoeuvres to be performed when turning a vehicle in the provision of a service; and

(b) limiting the number of vehicles which may be used, or the frequency at which vehicles may be operated, in the provision of a service along all or part of its route whether generally or during particular periods or at particular times.
