Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Central Middlesex Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 21st March 1994.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means the Kensington Chelsea and Westminster Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Central Middlesex Hospital National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in two schedules of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 17th January 1994, which schedules have been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 21st March 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
