Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£408” there shall be substituted “£450”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£272” there shall be substituted “£300”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£136” there shall be substituted “£150”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for “£136” there shall be substituted “£150”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for “£68” there shall be substituted “£75”.
