Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Act 1977 (Composition of Medical Practices Committee) Modification Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2Modification of section 7(1)(b) of the National Health Service Act 1977
In section 7(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977 (composition of Medical Practices Committee) paragraph (b) shall be modified by substituting “five of the” for “the chairman and five of the other”.
