These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 4th April 1994.

The Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1994
(1) In these Regulations “ the Act ” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
(2) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered form is a reference to the form bearing that number in Schedule 1 to these Regulations, or to a form substantially to the same effect.
The forms of application for a grant prescribed under section 102(4) of the Act shall be as follows—
(1) the form of application for a renovation grant shall be Form 1;
(2) the form of application for a disabled facilities grant shall be Form 2;
(3) the form of application for a common parts grant shall be Form 3;
(4) the form of application for an HMO grant shall be Form 4.
The prescribed particulars to be contained in any application for a grant the form of which is prescribed by regulation 3 above are the particulars required by that form (other than those required by section 102(2) of the Act).
The Regulations listed in Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby revoked.
These Regulations shall not have effect in relation to applications for a grant made before 4th April 1994.
