Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health visiting for England (Constitution and Administration) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Board for Nursing, Midwifery an4 Health Visiting for England (Constitution and Administration) Order 1993

For article 12(3) of the National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health visiting for England (Constitution and Administration) Order 1993 there shall be substituted the following—

(3) The Board shall arrange an appropriate scheme for the introduction of candidates to institutions approved under section 6(1)(a) of the Act (approval of institutions) which have vacancies on courses of education for persons intending to qualify to be registered in any of Parts 1 to 15 of the professional register.
